NEW ANNOUNCEMENT: Oncologist Dr Rob Zielinski says the Federal Government decision to add a lung cancer drug to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme will extend the lives of lung cancer patients.

Central West residents suffering with advanced lung cancer and a genetic high-cholesterol condition have been given a boost after the Federal Government announced it will subsidise two advance treatment drugs.
